Can a Six-Month Program Shape the Course of Your Career?

Pathbuilders’ Percepta® program guides rising female leaders in successfully navigating corporate waters.

Just-launched fall session includes women from 30 U.S. and Canadian organizations.

ATLANTA, October 14, 2022—Pathbuilders, Inc., one of the country’s foremost experts in developing women for leadership, welcomed a sold-out cohort of 90 participants from 18 states and three Canadian provinces to the launch of its 27th Percepta® program on Friday, Oct. 7.

The six-month Percepta program is specifically designed to equip new and aspiring female managers with the tools needed to take on more responsibility and contribute at a higher level to their organizations’ success. The high-impact leadership development and mentoring sessions are delivered fully online from Pathbuilders’ Atlanta-based broadcast studio, allowing client companies to enroll participants from virtually any location worldwide.

The Percepta program leverages a proven methodology that integrates group mentoring, development workshops and peer exchange. The curriculum is tailored to meet the unique needs of each incoming cohort and covers a broad range of topics, including managing one’s personal brand, prioritizing and delegating, managing in the hybrid world, career planning, managing results and creating alignment to gain buy-in for projects and initiatives. Though only six months in duration, the program has an immediate, measurable impact on participants, who graduate ready to step up to lead within their companies.

Percepta is one of four core, cross-company programs offered by Pathbuilders, each addressing the development requirements of a different key stage of a woman’s career. The three-month Insignia™ program targets entry-level professionals; the company’s flagship, year-long Achieva® program prepares high-potential, female directors and vice presidents for senior executive leadership. The Inspiria® program guides senior executives at a specific career inflection point to create maximum company impact.

“Pathbuilders is committed to transforming careers and creating cultures where great leaders can thrive. I was so energized by the enthusiasm of our fall cohort mentees at kick-off,” says Helene Lollis, Pathbuilders president and CEO. “Our participants are eager for development and support, especially in this new post-pandemic work climate. They appreciate their companies’ investment in them and are fully committed to make the most of this incredible experience.”

The next Percepta cohort launches in January 2023, and enrollment is already underway. Demand for the program has prompted Pathbuilders to add a third cohort to the roster next year.

Participants in the 2022 Fall Percepta program are from forward-thinking organizations that include: ADP, Assurant, AT&T, BeyondTrust, Burgess Civil, LLC, Change Healthcare, Colonial Pipeline Company, Comcast, Cox Automotive Inc., Cricket Wireless, Equifax, Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Gas South, Kaiser Permanente, Lendmark Financial Services, Levolor, Manhattan Associates, Novelis, Oldcastle, Oliver Healthcare Packaging, PAI – A Brink’s Company, RaceTrac, Selig Enterprises, Inc., Shaw industries, Tennessee Valley Authority, The Coca-Cola Company, UKG, WestRock Company and White Cap.
