Pathbuilders graduates nearly 80 businesswomen from the 28th cohort of Achieva, a one-on-one mentoring program that prepares mid-level women for the senior-executive level.
The graduation ceremony of the largest Percepta class in the history of the program was a time of reflection, celebration, and contemplation for over 100 women-in-business and their mentors.
Due to overwhelming client demand, Pathbuilders Percepta kicked-off the 2017 Spring Class with 50 women from more than 30 companies on Friday, January 13, 2017 to run concurrently with the Fall 2016 Percepta Class with over 100 mentees from more than 40 organizations in October 2016.

The event will be held on Friday, June 24th from 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Cobb Galleria Centre.
ATLANTA – On May 13, Pathbuilders initiated the 28th class of Pathbuilders Achieva®. With a focus on contributing at a higher level in their organizations, nearly 80 high-performing women representing 43 companies gathered to learn how to participate in a professional mentoring program, meet other program participants as well as meet their mentor. This kick-off marked the beginning of each mentee and mentor’s commitment to the year-long mentoring and leadership development program. For over 20 years, Pathbuilders has been focused on mentoring in the Atlanta business community. “Our flagship program, Achieva, continues to provide women a highly customized experience; including, personal one-on-one mentoring supported by interactive workshops and a strong peer network,” states Helene Lollis, president and CEO of Pathbuilders. “At the end of each program year, we are fortunate to witness how every graduate is better positioned to contribute to her organization at a higher level.”
ATLANTA, GA – On Tuesday, April 19, 2016, Pathbuilders graduated 75 women from the 2015–2016 Achieva® class. Achieva is one of Pathbuilders’ four cross-company programs designed to develop high-performing women who aim to build an executive presence and excel as high-impact leaders within their organizations. Tuesday’s event marked the close of this year-long mentoring and leadership development program. Over the year, program participants engaged in unique one-on- one mentoring relationships with senior executives in the Atlanta area, participated in monthly educational workshops and connected in monthly peer group sessions with other participants in the program.
