Jill Ratliff

Senior Client Partner, Catalyte Leadership Acceleration

Jill is an author, executive coach and leadership speaker. She is a senior client partner with Catalyte Leadership Acceleration, an advisory firm focused on maximizing the potential of executive talent, and has also had her own leadership consultancy since 2017. Previously she was a senior advisor with Beecher Reagan, a global search and leadership firm specializing exclusively in senior professional services in the consulting talent market. Earlier she was Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Assurant Specialty Property, a $2 billion financial services organization. Jill has more than 20 years of Fortune 100 human resources management experience, holding key senior executive positions with ING North America, ADP and PepsiCo’s Taco Bell Corporation. Her strength is in making the complex simple and straightforward. An acknowledged thought leader, she has worked extensively in environments facing large-scale transformational change and is the author of a best-selling book on leadership. In the community, Jill currently serves on the executive committee for the board of directors for Junior Achievement. She was also co-president for EMERGE, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women by advancing their education. Jill has been a mentor for 13 years with Pathbuilders and is a sought-after leadership speaker, focusing on leaders interested in taking their game to highest level. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in organizational leadership.
