Building savvy for the executive level

Achieva women are your A-players, already taking on key assignments and getting the job done well—thinking and acting cross-functionally, well-respected by peers, with a strong following. The Achieva program was designed to transform great managers into leaders. Participants build capacity to think strategically, navigate culture and politics, and build presence in the organization and broader community.

Building executive presence

Achieva women learn to differentiate themselves as leaders with vision, power, and sound judgement, thinking more broadly about their impact within the organization.

Driving strategic execution

Achieva women develop the ability to re-envision operations and communications to achieve extraordinary results, bringing their unique voice and insight to address the organization’s biggest challenges.

Designing hybrid solutions that work

Achieva women learn to lead with impact in today’s rapidly changing world, connecting authentically, driving for results, and creating productive and highly engaged environments where teams and individuals thrive.

Leading leaders with impact

Achieva women leverage insights from the world outside the four walls of the company to align resources to business needs and strengthen organizational capacity. They build solid skills in developing talent, not just managing people.

Program Details

Transforming great people-managers into high-impact leaders

The year-long Achieva program focuses on high-potential women in middle management, often director to vice president level. They typically have 15+ years of experience and are recognized as having senior-executive potential. Our focus is on guiding them to become influential leaders in today’s ever-evolving workplace.

Achieva is a high-impact, hybrid program, bringing together women from across companies, industries, functions, and all of North America. The program uniquely combines one-on-one mentoring with peer networking and an innovative and dynamic curriculum of interactive, monthly online educational workshops, plus four in-person summit days.

A vibrant interview process explores each woman’s opportunities and challenges, facilitating the ideal one-on-one mentor match with a seasoned senior executive from outside the mentee’s organization. The participant is surrounded by a small group of peers— akin to a personal board of directors—facing similar professional challenges and focused on like goals. The peer exchanges complement the rich workshop content.

The curriculum comprises actionable content that combines level-appropriate topics with cutting-edge trends. Tailored to each cohort’s specific needs, the topics include key concepts such as influence, creating culture, politicking with integrity, building executive presence, and earning your seat at the table.
