Peter Scalera
Peter Scalera brings more than 40 years of experience across sales, marketing, brand management, and retail operations. Throughout his career, he has led teams and driven growth for Fortune 500 organizations including SC Johnson & Son, Eastman Kodak, and InComm Global Payments.
During his time with SC Johnson and Eastman Kodak, Peter led Walmart sales teams and managed complex retail relationships. His work supported brand growth through disciplined execution, trusted partnerships, and close collaboration across multiple functions. These experiences shaped his leadership approach, which emphasizes accountability, problem solving, and translating strategy into practical action.
At InComm Global Payments, Peter built and led a highly effective trade marketing and retail execution team. He retired in 2020 as Vice President of Trade Marketing & Execution. Under his leadership, the team delivered marketing campaigns that drove sales for retail and brand partners, strengthened in-store execution for gift card programs, and generated significant bottom-line results across the company’s retail network.
Mentoring and talent development have been an important part of Peter’s career. Since being introduced to PathBuilders in 2010, he has served as a mentor in the LEAD program for more than 16 years, supporting professionals as they clarify career goals and strengthen leadership skills. He was honored as Mentor of the Year for his commitment to helping others unlock their potential.
