Paula Jackson
Paula Jackson is a management consultant with more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience supporting Fortune 500 companies as well as small and mid-sized organizations. She is recognized for her ability to translate strategy into action, delivering thoughtful, practical guidance and solutions that help organizations move forward with confidence.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Paula spent 20 years with AT&T where she held a variety of Human Resources leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. In these positions, she led teams that served as strategic business partners across the organization. Her responsibilities included leadership in performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, talent and workforce management, training, compensation, and organizational design and effectiveness.
Before joining AT&T, Paula served as Senior Human Resources Consultant for the Southeast Division of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. She began her career in training and organizational development with American Security Group in Atlanta.
Paula holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mississippi.
