Manage® 2024 Application:

We are thrilled that you have chosen to further the development of your high-potential talent through Pathbuilders® Manage — a leadership development and mentoring program specifically designed for strong individual contributors and managers learning to lead people and projects, typically with 3-15 years of experience.

Manage is a rich source of new ideas, professional relationships, support, discovery and possibility. Pathbuilders will guide each participant through the process, but the reward depends on the investment they make in the program. Their success relies full engagement in every aspect of the program, including active participation in our “cameras-on” interview, workshop and group meeting environment.

The following application is to be completed by the applicant’s manager so that we may have their distinct perspective on the applicant’s developmental needs. Please also include contact information for both a company sponsor (if different from the manager) and a company contact who will be responsible for invoicing and payment.

Pathbuilders® MANAGE Program Terms and Conditions:

By submitting this application, you, on behalf of your organization, agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Application Submission Timing and Fees: The application submission deadline is May 1, 2024. Enrollment Rate: $5,600
  • Enrollment: Enrollment in the program will not be considered final until a written confirmation is received from Pathbuilders.
    Once enrolled, each participant is interviewed as part of the mentor and peer group matching process. Participation in the
    program is non-transferrable after the interview has taken place.
  • Commitment: The Summer Manage Program runs July 2024 – December 2024. Program time commitment is approximately 3.5
    hours per month. Participant will need to be granted time away from the office to complete these sessions or access to an
    environment where she can have open and honest conversations about the obstacles and challenges she might be facing.
  • Use of Program Materials: Manage will be a source of new ideas, professional relationships, support, discoveries, and
    possibilities. Participants will be exposed to concepts they may wish to share with their teams or with others in their organizations.
    We encourage participants to share the concepts, however the reproduction and/or distribution of the materials received as part of
    participation in the Manage program with any individual(s) outside of the program is strictly prohibited. Participants will also
    receive access to an online portal for accessing program materials. Sharing access to the online portal with anyone outside of the
    program is strictly prohibited.
  • Payment Timing: An invoice will be generated to the company contact listed on the application once enrollment has been
    confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties and specified in writing, the enrollment fee is payable within 30 days of the
    invoice date. Notwithstanding the aforementioned statement, if payment is not received within 30 days of program kickoff,
    participation in the program may be discontinued.
  • Refunds: If participant withdraws prior to program kick-off, the following refund schedule applies:
    • Prior to the Interview – 95% Refunded
    • After interview, but prior to mentor matching – 65% Refunded
    • After mentor matching complete – 0% Refunded
