PATHBUILDERS® Lead 2024 Application:

We are thrilled that you have chosen to further the development of your internal talent through Pathbuilders Lead — a year-long leadership and mentoring program focused on women recognized as having senior-executive potential in their organizations, typically Directors and Vice Presidents with 15+ years of experience.

This application should be completed by the applicant’s manager or program sponsor.

PATHBUILDERS&reg Lead Program Terms and Conditions:

By submitting this enrollment, you, on behalf of your organization, agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Enrollment Submission Timing and Fees: The enrollment submission deadline is March 1, 2024. Enrollment Rate:  $10,800.
  • Enrollment: Enrollment in the program will not be considered final until a written confirmation is received from Pathbuilders. Once enrolled, each participant is interviewed as part of the mentor and peer group matching process. Participation in the program is non-transferrable after the interview has taken place.
  • Commitment: The Pathbuilders Lead Program runs May 2024 – April 2025. Program time commitment is approximately 6 hours per month.
  • Use of Program Materials: Lead will be a source of new ideas, professional relationships, support, discoveries, and possibilities. Participants will be exposed to concepts they may wish to share with their teams or with others in their organizations. We encourage participants to share the concepts, however the reproduction and/or distribution of the materials received as part of participation in the Lead program with any individual(s) outside of the program is strictly prohibited. Participants will also receive access to an online portal for accessing program materials. Sharing access to the online portal with anyone outside of the program is strictly prohibited.
  • Payment Timing: An invoice will be generated to the company contact provided once enrollment has been confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties and specified in writing, the enrollment fee is payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Notwithstanding the aforementioned statement, if payment is not received within 30 days of program kickoff, participation in the program may be discontinued.
  • Refunds: If participant withdraws prior to program kick-off, the following refund schedule applies:
    • Prior to the Interview – 95% Refunded
    • After interview, but prior to mentor matching – 65% Refunded
    • After mentor matching complete – 0% Refunded
