Wayne Hauenstein
Wayne Hauenstein founded Learning Curve Consultants® in 2012 to work proactively and collaboratively with businesses across the Southeast and beyond. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in large-scale training curriculum design and implementation, talent development, coaching, and development planning.
From 2005 to 2012, Wayne worked for AGL Resources (now Southern Company Gas) in Talent Development and Training Design roles. In both positions, he built the functions from the ground up and focused on developing strong relationships and establishing a brand for learning within the organization. His work included introducing high-potential leadership programs, redesigning new hire orientation, building risk management and compliance eLearning programs, and managing the development of customized training curricula for both professionals and management teams.
Earlier in his career, Wayne helped grow the Product Development division at Employment Learning Innovations, a leader in employment law training. As Curriculum and Implementation Manager, he led large-scale customizations and contributed to the company’s highest sales in its history by partnering with sales teams to develop customization strategies and client proposals.
Wayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Richmond and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, where he was selected as Outstanding I/O Graduate Student.
