Diane Nix
Diane Nix is a certified health and transformation coach with a passion for helping individuals build healthier, more sustainable lifestyles. Her interest in health, wellness, and personal transformation developed over many years while she worked as a Human Resources executive supporting business leaders and organizations.
In 2019, Diane transitioned from the corporate world to pursue her passion for health coaching full time. Today she works with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them create healthier habits and lasting lifestyle changes. Her coaching approach is grounded in the Six Macro Habits of Health developed by Dr. Wayne Scott Andersen and focuses on building better health one habit at a time.
Diane earned her certification through Villanova University’s M. Louise Fitzpatrick College of Nursing and the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention & Education and continues to maintain her credentials through ongoing recertification.
She has long been committed to mentoring and giving back. Diane served as a PathBuilders mentor and was recognized as Atlanta Area PathBuilders Mentor of the Year (2012–2013). She has also served as a Year Up mentor and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity.
