Ann Bailey
Ann Bailey has designed and delivered leadership development programs for more than twenty-five years. Her career includes management and director roles with Verizon, KPMG, LeasePlan USA, ADP, and Siemens, where she focused on developing first-time people managers and emerging leaders. Through these roles, she gained extensive experience helping professionals strengthen their leadership capabilities and navigate career growth.
Ann is the owner of KBLA Consulting, a firm that focuses on executive coaching, leadership development, and program design. Her background managing teams and developing leaders allows her to translate leadership concepts into practical, relevant strategies that professionals can apply in their daily work. She has delivered leadership programs on four continents and has also supported nonprofit initiatives in both the United States and Japan.
Ann earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Miami University and later completed her MBA from Reinhardt University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. As part of her MBA capstone project, she opened Ann Art Gallery, combining her passion for creativity with her entrepreneurial interests.
She is certified in MBTI, DISC, HBDI, and TKI and conducts more than 200 hours of executive coaching annually for rising leaders, executives, and individuals seeking new career directions.
When asked what she does, Ann often says she gives people the opportunity to become a better version of themselves. Whether through coaching, leadership development programs, or creative endeavors, she remains committed to helping others grow and discover new possibilities in their careers and lives.
