As a part of its overall program delivery, Pathbuilders delivers approximately 50 professional workshops each year for its cross-company and custom work programs. The Sales Operations Analyst works closely with management and other key executives throughout the organization. The position is responsible for driving consistency in process, enhancing operational reporting and forecasts, and providing insight and recommendations to the leadership team. This individual is responsible for, but not limited to, the tracking and analysis of program and client data.
