As a part of its overall program delivery, Pathbuilders delivers approximately 50 professional development workshops each year for its cross-company and custom work programs. The Program Coordinator position will play a key role in managing the day-to-day execution of all the cross-company programs (InsigniaSM, Percepta®, Achieva®, Inspiria®, and Continua®) as well as custom work programs to include: workshop planning, execution and follow-up; contract negotiations; and assisting in the production of workshop materials. The position will enjoy broad exposure to the various roles within the organization and should be comfortable with managing multiple priorities at a fast-pace.
Pathbuilders® is now accepting enrollments for the Percepta program, its hallmark external mentoring program for junior-executive women. In honor of Records and Information Management Month, this month’s Women You Should Know highlight is Linda Richards, the first professionally trained American nurse and the creator of the first system for keeping individual medical records for hospitalized patients.
The graduation ceremony of the largest Percepta class in the history of the program was a time of reflection, celebration, and contemplation for over 100 women-in-business and their mentors.
