Helene Gassen Lollis, Partner and President
Prior to leading Pathbuilders, Helene spent 12 years with Amoco and BP corporations in product development, marketing, and strategic planning. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce where she co-chairs the Regional Education Policy Committee.  Helene also serves on the Boards of Junior Achievement of Georgia and Possible Woman Foundation International, and she is a member of the 2008 class of Leadership Atlanta.  She is a frequently featured speaker and panelist on topics related to mentoring and women in the workplace.  Helene was honored in 2007 with the Executive Women of Goizueta's Guiding Star award, and she was a finalist for Atlanta's Small Business Person of the Year in 2005.

Monica Y. Anschel, Partner
Monica specialized in project management, business development and pricing with both American Airlines and UPS before joining Pathbuilders. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Instrument®, the Strength Deployment Inventory® and the Harrison Assessments.

Yvonne N. Taylor, Partner
Yvonne has had a wide array of sales and marketing positions with increasing responsibility over 15 years with what is now HP.  Yvonne is a cabinet member of the United Way's Alexis de Tocqueville Society, a community board member for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and a member of the Board of Directors for UNIFEM Atlanta.

Michelle Grant, Operations Manager
Michelle manages back office operations as well as client services for Pathbuilders.  Prior to joining Pathbuilders, she spent several years working in sales operations in the pharmaceutical industry.  Her experience includes strategic analysis and database management. She is currently involved with the Junior League of Atlanta.

Sue Hargather, Account Manager
Sue is a new addition to the team, and she manages account sales and service for Pathbuilders clients.  Her extensive background in sales and sales management in a wide variety of industries uniquely positions her as a real asset to Pathbuilders.  She is currently involved in the Atlanta chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Ashley Hattaway, Program Manager
Ashley manages educational seminars and marketing communications for the company.  She brings to Pathbuilders experience from a variety of marketing and PR assignments.  She is currently involved in the Atlanta chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.

Vanessa Wade, Program Coordinator
Vanessa supports the educational seminars and office operations of Pathbuilders.  She enjoys all aspects of event planning and administration.  Vanessa is a recent graduate of the University of West Georgia with a bachelors degree in mass communications.
